But still the same. If we can understand that anyone’s else’s outlook or opinion of us have absolutely zero value what is it that we could do? Would be more happy? Vibrate at a higher frequency?

We are Powerful. In my research, before just being human experienceing the physical we are powerful vibrational beings experiencing a frequency that we created first and foremost within ourselves. For me, I’ve found before I try to figure out my life, I meet my self on a very personal level. To learn to control our destiny, we must learn how to control ourselvs. I do not encourage for people to go out and try to figure everything out. I always recommend (at least what’s worked for me) is to learn about themselves.
What ever we are trying to experience in life, weather we are conscious of it or not is a result our our embodied manifestations and frequencys we emmit. So…..

If we don’t accept it within ourself and honor it as our we will push it out into our world and pollute the universe with what can be only transferred and transformed by us. Embrace our fears, trauma, and hardship and claim it as our beautiful struggle with the attitude of conviction that rises above and fulfills the betterment of our future. If we hide our fears, trauma, and hardship even if the deepest darkest corners of our lives, they will still seem to lurk in the most granular places in our lives!
If you bring forth what is within you what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you what you do not bring forth will destroy you. Do not hide or cover our emotions or feelings.

Our heart waves can be measured in the brain waves of others. We are vibrational electromagnetic beings? What emotions and thoughts are we choosing to resonate with? Thoughts are energy, we are literally changing our feels by the moment and changing our reality whether we are conscious of it or not!
Remove of the false ego, and remove of the false threat. As a species we will flourish, unify, and adapt. We must let go of our personal leverage and give our attention to love, equality, and unification.
