Really think about I think for a second… We are ALIVE, able to be conscious of what we’re thinking, we can make deliberate choices, and messages get sent to our muscle fibers almost instantly, we have trillions of cells all coordinating and communicating with our body helping us even with daily functions like breathing, digestion, heart beat.. like too fucking precious to take these beautiful moments for granted.
We we never know if we’ll be her tomorrow, and we all have these things that are on our mind that we want to try or do!

We have all had “Demons” that have tried to take advantage of us. For me, the more I’ve tried to hide or “beat” them the more they would isolate me at my most vulnerable times. You know.. I’m proud of my demons, pain and trauma. They have made me who I am. I want to take them with me. I want to be proud of who I am. In doing so, they will be mine, and I will become more because of it in result (beating them) 😂😂😂
